This reduces internal tension by developing an organizational strategy and an organizational process to execute that strategy. As you’ll discover, our training is quite elegant, simple and easily assimilated into an organization and their sales process. We reinvigorate the sales process by asking participants to bring a current sales deal with them to the workshop. Our client research shows that customers love this as it gives them a practical application and they get a refresh of what might be a dormant sales process. We show participants how to integrate the new negotiation strategy with their previous strategy, so the two processes become one…rather than forcing something new on top of something old.
